Vanity plate meanings are sometimes clear but often they baffle me. Sometimes I suppose they aren’t intentional at all, but other times I figure they are and I’m just not getting it.
If you have suggestions, please, fire away in the comments!
S55 ANA Is this a vanity plate or just a coincidence that Ana could be someone’s name?
R00 7 vanity plate – must be an Aussie, right mate?
C Y A I vanity plate may be someone’s initials but my first thought was CYA 1 instead. What do you think?
G6 LUX, a vanity plate or random? Maybe it’s a luxury car and the model has a G or a 6 in it?
AND IIT vanity plate. Must be the I.T. Crowd. “I.T.” as a verb, to I.T., I I.T., you I.T., etc.
This next is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
P45TRY vanity plate is brilliant! PASTRY for the Maids of Honour cafe, home of the famous pastry, at Kew. Wonderful!
A close-up of the PASTRY vanity plate because what’s not to love about a cake plate?
CJOI vanity plate for someone who sees joy in everyday life, I hope
O Y IIATE vanity plate. What does it mean? Oh why I ate? Oh why hate? Or something totally different?
KI CTN vanity plate but what does it mean?
And then this wonderful car came along. This was on our way to watch the fireworks.
Antique car in Chelsea
K200 JAY vanity plate on a BMW car. A BMW K200 is a motorbike, says Google.
K444 ANN vanity plate: I think it must be Car for Ann.
JIUE B vanity plate looks like someone’s name, but JIUE is unusual. Maybe it’s JIVE?
FIIBET vanity plate. I am guessing it’s F1, I BET. A Formula 1 fan?
By now it will be very obvious that I know nothing about cars! It’s going to get even worse.
M2 PGO vanity plate, I would say M2 Peugeot but I don’t think this is the right logo. This is a Vauxhall Astra logo. A girl can dream.
S6 RNX vanity plate looks like a Toyota S6 reference and I bet RNX means something car-ish
People are so imaginative when it comes to license plates, don’t you think?
