PICA (Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts) Granville Island Tour, Vancouver, B.C.
I did this tour with Chef Julian Bond in June 2011. Granville Island is fun to visit anyway, but with Chef Julian it was even better. If you like exploring food and learning a few chef’s secrets, this is the way to go. Or, if you’ve been to the market a million times and want to try something new, again, give the tour a try.
I had lunch at PICA’s restaurant and in addition to the tour, I can recommend the food there as well. If you don’t feel like stopping for a full meal, try their coffee bar.
